Chapter 2
A new approach to understanding good and evil
The essenceism system demonstrated that applying procedures or models known to science can help understand phenomena that until now remained beyond our grasp. Therefore, in most analyses, I employ physical models and logical trains of thought. One of the topics addressed by my system is the problem of the simultaneous existence of good and evil. In numerous studies, I have demonstrated that good is a state inherent to the Creator and all of humanity, while evil is a phenomenon that should not exist. This assertion also underpinned the main idea of the essenceism system: that the Creator, the Original Being, knows no evil.
To understand the simultaneous existence of good and evil and the fact that this situation does not originate from the Creator, the essenceism system adopted an educational model of two conflicting states: matter and antimatter. I used the hydrogen atom, the element that first existed in the universe. Today, we know that all other, more complex forms of matter arose later. Such a situation can be considered good, that is, a stable state for the entire universe. According to the essenceism system, goodness is its proper, primordial reality, consistent with the concept derived from the Creator. It is this goodness that, in the form of the laws of physics, has shaped the universe for billions of years.
A typical hydrogen atom has a nucleus containing a positive proton, sometimes accompanied by one or two neutrons. It also has a single energy shell in the form of a negative elementary particle called an electron. This model is inherited in the structures of all matter in various quantitative configurations by all other atoms in the universe. Matter thus formed fills the entire cosmos, although it has its minority competitors. This is so-called antimatter, which is the mirror opposite of matter. Within this phenomenon, antihydrogen can exist, formed from a positive antielectron, or positron, coexisting with a negative nucleus containing an antiproton. It is these models of hydrogen and antihydrogen atoms that have helped me understand the possible existence of both good and evil. This is an educational exercise in using models representing two contradictory states, one of which should exist and the other should not.
Therefore, in this comparison, I identify goodness with the familiar model of the hydrogen atom, which fills most of the universe. In this modeling, goodness appears as the result of a "strong interaction" between the Original Being, represented as the nucleus of this atom, and humans, along with all of creation, represented by its energetic orbit. Goodness, thus symbolized, should be a stable and eternal reality throughout the entire state of creation, both physical and spiritual. Following this formulation, one might assume that nothing could disturb such an established situation. It is as if the Creator mentioned in the Bible recognized everything he created as good. However, based on a further biblical suggestion, one can conclude that at the very beginning of the world, a kind of antireality emerged, resulting from a "reverse interaction" between the Archangel Lucifer and the first humans, Adam and Eve. This very situation resulted in the creation of a different, new reality, within which Satan came into being and gained power over humanity. Thus, the "reverse influence," that is, evil, proved so effective that it overcame the "strong influence" between God and humanity. Thanks to this "reverse" model, we have the opportunity to understand the constant dominance of evil, which for centuries has prevented the emergence of a good reality.
Science confirms the existence of matter and antimatter, although not simultaneously. Specifically, the contact of antimatter with matter causes a catastrophe that destroys both states. This is a dangerous phenomenon that releases enormous amounts of energy in the form of deadly radiation. This is physical annihilation, a model of spiritual annihilation, or spiritual death. Scientists warn that this should be avoided, like eating the "fruit" from the biblical tree, as it brings about the end of the proper state of reality. Therefore, for humans, this means the destruction of good, which causes spiritual death. Therefore, after the emergence of annihilating evil, we no longer live in the proper world prepared for us by the Original Being. This is because the "annihilation" of the ideal world has occurred, and the emergence of "deadly radiation of evil" that destroys good. Defining evil based on the model described above and following the biblical account, one can conclude that it originated in the energy of anti-love generated by the illicit relationship between the "core turned away from God," the later Satan, and the people "orbiting" around him, subject to a "reverse influence." This is how a world governed by an anti-God: Satan, was created.
I remind you that the task of essenceism is to help all religions based, to a greater or lesser extent, on the Bible overcome the impasse of the existence of evil alongside the simultaneous existence of a good God. Furthermore, there is the broader problem created by the knowledge that evil exists as a result of Satan's presence in our world, while the existence of goodness associated with God's presence is also present. Consequently, theologians and philosophers develop theories to explain why evil persists despite God's omnipotence. They cling to the fact that God, as they understand him, is the source of everything in the universe, knows everything about everything, and controls everything. It is precisely here that I perceive their main problem. They refuse to acknowledge the possibility of a certain kind of antireality, completely beyond God, and even beyond His knowledge. It is therefore difficult for them to grasp that He has nothing to do with the phenomenon of the origin of evil, and even knows nothing about it. Perhaps they inherit classical concepts introduced by ancient thinkers and theologians, who treated God as an omniscient king enthroned among the stars, surrounded by angels. For this reason, they are unable to free themselves from understanding God within the framework of their accepted dogmas. This is also why they fail to grasp the possibility of an evil antireality independent of Him. According to the essenceism system, the origin of evil is precisely the one exception described in the Bible—the origin of spiritual death after Adam and Eve "eated the fruit," as this brought with it the annihilation of good and the creation of evil.
I repeat that good arose as a directed action of the Original Being through the Original Force of Love. Thanks to this, a state was formed that creates a good and eternal reality. Meanwhile, evil had to arise as an opposing use of this force emanating from the Creator. Behind this was the "anti-god," Satan, the creator of evil. This created a state of annihilation of good reality. From then on, it stands in opposition to the good state of all things.
It's also worth noting that the difficulty in understanding the phenomenon of evil lies in the fact that its value, due to the subjective nature of assessment, is understood differently by the observer and differently by the interested creator of evil. Therefore, each of us can influence its meaning or significance in any way we choose with our interpretation. For example, if the creator of evil is tasked with maintaining or gaining power, they define reality so that observers will perceive their vision as good, even if it creates evil. This first happened at the beginning of human history, when the guardian of the first humans, the Archangel Lucifer, presented them with his vision of reality, contrary to that originally established by the Creator. Thus, in this process, incorrectly described as an act of free will, humans accepted the evil vision of their guardian, who was later transformed into Satan. In doing so, they rejected the correct vision of reality from their Creator. The evil reality thus created, completely contradictory to the concept of the Original Being, was taken over by subsequent generations. This obliterates the true meaning of good. This shows that the state of good can be destroyed when an active evil person appears, one who uses lies and the evil power of power to implement his vision. This way, he can influence people to accept his vision. This means that he "falls on fertile ground," which the essenceism system defines as the fallen nature that all inherit from Satan. This is to be welcomed in all areas of our lives.
